GLOBAL CHRISTIAN ALLIANCE(GCA)

A corporation(non-profit-educational)  incorporated to enroll/enlist and register members,  who confirms in writing that he or she or they as an organization or as a corporation, agree with the beliefs, bye-laws, terms and conditions of the corporation from all nations of the world, irrespective of race, religion, caste or creed. A corporation incorporated to bring mutual  benefits to its members from the resources collected from others. Benefits will be mostly concentrated in the areas of education on leadership and secular governance.

Membership (18yrs +)

  1. Student member
  2. Ordinary member
  3. Primary member
  4. Executive member
  5. Organisation member/corporations/trusts etc

Councils:

  1. General Council Body(12 elected or appointed by founder directors)
  2. Executive council Body(6 elected out of general council body)
  3. General body
  4. Country council body of each nation
  5. Project execution council body from each nation.

Foundation Beliefs:

  1. Believe in God Almighty in Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit)
  2. Believe in the birth, death, resurrection and Second coming of  Jesus Christ, The KING
  3. Every human is born in this world as tripartite being, body, soul and spirit and life is given by God
  4. .During the life-time of every human being he/she is to believe the sayings in the Holy Book and follow its principles for a righteous living
  5. Do good to poor, needy, widows, orphans and destitute with whatever resources available

Basic bye-laws and terms and conditions (will be revised every year or while budgeting)

  1. Foundations directors are for life time unless otherwise he or she is dead, resigned or terminated by voting of the other directors when found breaching the  beliefs of the foundation or working against the aims and vision of the corporation.
  2. The aim and purpose of this corporation is to enroll/enlist members from all nations of the world,  irrespective of the race, creed, tribe, caste or religion, those who acknowledge and confirm agreeing the basic foundation beliefs of the corporation, and, to provide benefits from the resources received from others.
  3. To fix and collect membership fee ( to be revised every year) from individuals, partnership organizations, including charity organizations and corporate bodies and to raise fund through donations and gifts or assets for the benefits of the suffering and needy members.
  4. Enrollment and dispersal of helps will be country wise.
  5. Council body members, executive councils and partner organizations positions are honorary and Administrative staff and project directors will be compensated.

Services/Benefits:

All nations at present are predominantly ruled, controlled and administered through corrupt practices, unrighteous and sinful living. The corporation firmly believes that prior to the second coming of the Lord, chosen nations(sheep nations) will have Christian leaders to bring in righteous ruling, practice equality of mankind, poverty removed and basic amenities provided

And hence

  1.  Identify such nations who need immediate attention now and more nations in the future
  2. Identify people groups/race who need helps
  3. Raise funds to meet the needs
  4. Train professionals and governing people to serve and cater to the needs
  5. Encourage trained professionals and governing executives to participate in voluntary and legislative bodies and implement good governance and provide helps.

Note:

  1. Amendments will be discussed in council meetings and incorporated
  2. Fees:
    1.Student members USD 10 per year
    2.Ordinary members USD 15 per year
  3. Primary members USD 100 per year
  4. Partnership corporations USD 250 per year
  5. Executive members from Primary members and partnership organizations participating in councils USD 250 per year.
